01Overview
The HSD DualTech kit for the E46 — height, damping and front camber.
Springs come two ways. Default runs 7 kg front and 10 kg rear on the bulb inboard spring. Track Pack steps up to 12 kg / 14 kg inboard.
This is the Version 2 kit, released 2024. The front lower brackets carry the anti-roll bar drop link tab and a positioning tab built in, so the ARB tab no longer has to be fiddled into place on assembly, and shorter drop links come with the kit.
At the back the spring adjuster takes both the standard bulb spring and 125 mm coilover springs, which is what lets the harder rates run from 14 kg up to 20 kg.

05Before You Order
Default or Track Pack?
Default is the road and general-use rate. Track Pack is the stiffer set, specced for the balance of performance and compliance you want on a circuit. Tell us which one you are after when you order — if you need something more serious than either, the rates can be built to order.
Not for the xi
The all-wheel-drive xi E46 has a different front end. This kit does not fit it.
Wheel clearance
As with most aftermarket coilovers you may need wheel spacers to clear some OEM wheels.
