01Overview
The rear axle of an E9x M3 or a 1M Coupe, rebuilt in one box.
90 ShA polyurethane — the yellow SPORT compound. StrongFlex build this grade for tuned and lowered cars: the suspension gets noticeably stiffer, the geometry stops moving under load and the car holds its line when you push it.
These two cars share a rear end that was sharp from the factory and gets progressively less so as the bushes age. Twelve pieces of polyurethane put the upper arms, the lower lateral arms and the anti roll bar back on solid mounts, and the axle answers the throttle again instead of taking a moment to think about it.
Every StrongFlex product ships with the correct grease for fitting.

Rear anti roll bar diameter
Pick the diameter of the bar actually on your car — 22 mm, 23 mm, or Custom for an aftermarket bar. Measure the bar rather than going by model year; BMW fitted more than one across the range.
