036242A: Rear suspension bush kit SPORT

Eighteen bushes — the whole E90 rear axle in one box.

90 ShA polyurethane — the yellow SPORT compound. StrongFlex build this grade for tuned and lowered cars: the suspension gets noticeably stiffer, the geometry stops moving under load and the car holds its line when you push it.

The five-link rear end on an E90 is precise when it is fresh and vague when it is not. Ten upper control arm bushes alone tell you how much of that geometry is riding on rubber. Replace the lot in polyurethane and the toe stops moving under load, which is exactly what you feel as the back end finally holding a line.

Pick the diameter of the bar actually on your car — 11 to 23 mm, or Custom for an aftermarket bar. Measure the bar rather than going by model year; BMW fitted more than one across the range.
