The front axle bushes — the ones you feel through the steering wheel.
90 ShA polyurethane — the yellow SPORT compound. StrongFlex build this grade for tuned and lowered cars: the suspension gets noticeably stiffer, the geometry stops moving under load and the car holds its line when you push it. This is the hardness that goes into a drift or track E36.
Worn front lower arm bushes are why an E36 wanders under braking and why the wheel goes light in the middle. These four to six pieces put the steering back on its centre and stop the arm walking under load.
Every StrongFlex product ships with the correct grease for fitting.

The eccentric bushes shift the arm off the standard axis, which is how you get caster and camber back on a lowered car. The E46 wishbone versions are for E36s already converted to the later arm — a common drift build.
Anti roll bar link bush 031525
This bush fits only the link that mounts to the wishbone — not the link that runs from the anti roll bar to the shock absorber.M3 and Z3M: choose the option without 031525.
All other versions: choose the option with 2× 031525.
