This is the rear shock absorber mount, in polyurethane.
A tired mount lets the top of the damper move before the damper itself starts working, so the first part of every bump goes unanswered.
90 ShA polyurethane — the yellow SPORT compound. StrongFlex build this grade for tuned and lowered cars: the suspension gets noticeably stiffer, the geometry stops moving under load and the car holds its line when you push it.
Polyurethane gives the damper something solid to push against — it works from the first millimetre of travel.
Every StrongFlex product ships with the correct grease for fitting.
