The rear subframe rear bush for an E9x M3 or a 1M Coupe, in polyurethane.
90 ShA polyurethane — the yellow SPORT compound. StrongFlex build this grade for tuned and lowered cars: the suspension gets noticeably stiffer, the geometry stops moving under load and the car holds its line when you push it.
BMW used a hard rubber compound in this position from the factory, so StrongFlex make it in 90 ShA only — a softer bush here would give away handling rather than gain it. Fit it and the subframe stops moving on the shell under load.

Doing the whole subframe?
Kit 036094A has both of these plus the two front subframe bushes — four pieces, everything that holds the axle to the car. Since the subframe has to come out either way, that is usually the kit to take.
Fitting notes
01Order two — one for each side. Mixing a new bush with a tired one leaves the subframe sitting crooked.
02Grease the bush surfaces on assembly. StrongFlex include the grease.
