A polyurethane engine mount built for cars that make power and use it.
The standard rubber mount is designed to soak up vibration, which means it also lets the engine move. Under load that movement is lost drive and a lazy throttle response. This mount holds the engine where it sits, so the power goes into the gearbox instead of into the mount.
StrongFlex make it for motorsport use — drifting, quarter mile, time attack. It is not a copy of the original rubber part: it is stiffer on purpose, and it passes more engine vibration into the shell. That is the trade, and it is the reason it works.
It also suits swapped cars. If an engine has been dropped into something that never came with it, this mount and an M10 fixing are usually the simplest way to hang it.

Buy them in pairs
A car takes two — one each side. Fitting one new mount against one tired rubber one puts the engine on a slight twist, so order the pair.
Fitting notes
01Fixing screws are M10.
02Expect more engine noise and vibration through the shell than the rubber mount gave you. That is the mount doing its job.
03Grease the bush surfaces on assembly — StrongFlex include the grease for it.
