01Overview
This is the front bush of the rear trailing arm, in polyurethane.
This is the single most loaded bush in a BMW rear axle. When it perishes the trailing arm swings and the rear toes in and out under throttle — the classic wandering rear on an older 3-series.
90 ShA polyurethane — the yellow SPORT compound. StrongFlex build this grade for tuned and lowered cars: the suspension gets noticeably stiffer, the geometry stops moving under load and the car holds its line when you push it.
Polyurethane locks the arm down. Rear toe stops moving and the car finally tracks straight under power.
Every StrongFlex product ships with the correct grease for fitting.
